We like to make things simple. There is a fixed shipping cost of $29 per Valuefogger to any address in the Continental US. Your Valuefogger will ship via UPS Ground from our warehouse in Greenville, South Carolina. Please email us for a shipping quote to Alaska, Hawaii or outside of the USA. Also, please email us for faster shipping options such as UPS Next Day Air Service.

Valuefoggers may be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

Units must be shipped back at the customer's expense via UPS and in unused condition.

One Year Limited Warranty

Humidifiers and related accessories are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for one full year from date of purchase.  Any part determined to be defective and returned to the manufacturer; shipping cost prepaid, will be repaired or replaced by Valuefogger.com’s option without charge.  Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the problem must accompany the returned portion of the item in question.

Valuefogger.com reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of the claimed defects.  The provisions of this warranty do not apply to damage resulting from direct or indirect misuse, negligence, accident, lack of maintenance, unauthorized repairs or alterations which affect the machine’s performance or reliability.
